lol i just looked for the blue one online, can’t find it.
I saw this in a 2002 guitar world catalog. Maybe the first ones had this JUJU blue undertone finish. Cuz all the ones I see now have this “Swamp ash” finish.
yeah, i could definitely be wrong…. From the pics it looked black but now i could see how the wood grain looks blue.. yeah. Like kinda a navy blue
Have you ever held one? They call it JuJu blue. Or maybe it’s driftwood ash blue, and juju red.
Not sure. But I’m pretty sure some of them were dark blue.

Doesn’t it have a very dark blue body? Makes nice contrast with the red.
Shame the bridge is so up high on the body. I always run into it when playing these SGs, im usto a low Strat thing.

If I’ll plug original Gibson SG Standard, into a Marshall JMP50 head with G12T75 , I” get sound like this, or better or worse ?
One question, is that guitar a Gibson SG Special Faded ? I noticed it has dot inlays, so i deducted it is not a standard … If it is a faded, can you tell me if it’s worth buying it instead of a standard ? Thank you

@gmabilli : Thank you Gene!! On this video I was using an EV 12M in a /13 2×12 cab. The break up is coming from the amp. I hope this helps!
